Jo-Ann Jefferson is a God fearing women. She is a wife, mother, sister, mentor, entrepreneur, and community leader. She has worked for Pathmark for

43 years until retirement. Graduated from University Phoenix Online with her doctrine degree in business. She is also the author of "How to Start a Business in a Godly way". In addition, she hosts her own radio show "Women of Execellence" which airs on the  station 620 am every Sunday night at 10:00pm.  She is the co-founder of Jefferson's Cafe which has two locations one at 88 Maple ave. Montclair, N.J. and the other at 16 S.Center St. Orange, N.J.  She was inspire by her pastor to start her own business , she prayed on it, God gave her the vision, and Sparkling Clean Housekeeping Service was formed. From there she has been blessed to be in the housekeeping business for over 15 years. Mrs. Jefferson is also a CNA( Certified Nurse Assistant) and HHA(Home Health Aid) and is in the process of starting her own Home Care LLC. Mrs. J definitely has an entrepreneurial spirit, she works as a Realestate agent at Exit Reality and gives seminars on "First Time Home Buyers" and much more. Beauty has always been one of Mrs. J's passions that is why she became a Mary Kay beauty consultant and been one for over 45 years. She will eventually branch out and create her own line of beauty products. She has now combined her efforts all into one umbrella called Joann Jefferson Agency(JJA). This agency's primary function is to facilitate jobs for those who need one or do not have the support, education, or opportunity to get one. The agency is in place to promote jobs.
